What we collect
When you create an account we store your email address and a hashed password. We never see or store your password itself.
Your profile holds whatever you choose to put in it — your name, company and a short headline. Your name is visible to other members of the groups you belong to.
When you apply, we keep your application: the groups you asked to join, and anything you wrote about what you want to build.
Inside a group we store what you post — discussion posts, comments, likes and the people you tag.
What we don't do
There is no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels and no third-party scripts on this site. We do not build a profile of your behaviour, and we do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
The only cookies we set are the session cookies that keep you signed in. There are no advertising or analytics cookies, which is why this site has no cookie banner.
Who can see your data
Members of a group can see each other’s names, companies and posts within that group. They cannot see your email address, and they cannot see anything from groups they do not belong to.
ResiAI administrators can see all groups, all members and all applications, in order to run the platform.
Group boundaries are enforced in the database itself, not only in the interface.
Services we rely on
Supabase hosts our database and handles authentication. Your account and content live there.
Cloudflare hosts and serves the site.
Google Workspace relays the email we send you — sign-in confirmations, password resets, application decisions, invitations and mention notifications.
Trello hosts the group boards. When you are approved into a group with a board, or ask for access to one, we send your email address to Trello so it can invite you. Your use of Trello is governed by Trello’s own terms and privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and content for as long as your account exists. If you are removed from a group, your posts and comments stay — deleting them would break the conversation for everyone still in the group.
Applications are kept as a record of decisions made, including ones we declined.
Your choices
You can edit or clear your name, company and headline at any time from Settings, and change your password from the same place.
To get a copy of your data, correct something, or have your account and content deleted, email hello@resiai.net. We will confirm once it is done.
